These terms outline the policies and responsibilities when booking services with Rangda Films. By booking a session, clients agree to the terms listed below
Real Estate Services
Please allow a 24-hour turnaround for delivery of final files. If scheduling does not allow for this timeline, expectations will be discussed prior to booking.
Pricing includes one revision cycle outside of the 24-hour editing window. Revisions include minor corrections only and do not include reshoots or additional editing.
Drone availability depends on location, weather, and legal restrictions. Rangda Films operates within commercial drone regulations. Larger drone requirements can be arranged if needed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is ready before the shoot begins. Rangda Films does not provide cleaning, staging, or movement of large or personal items.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked time will result in a $50 fee.
Files are delivered via Google Drive and must be downloaded within two weeks. Long-term storage is the responsibility of the client. Re-delivery may result in additional fees.
Rangda Films is not liable for delays, injuries, or property damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Full payment is due once services are completed and invoiced.
All real estate photos and videos may be used for Rangda Films' portfolio and promotional purposes unless discussed otherwise.
Commercial Services
Please allow up to one month to receive final edited files. If scheduling does not allow for this timeline, delivery expectations will be discussed prior to booking. Rangda Films typically delivers sooner but does not guarantee expedited timelines unless agreed upon in advance.
Pricing includes one revision cycle outside of the one-month editing window. Revisions include minor corrections such as typos or graphic adjustments. Revisions do not include reshoots or additional editing passes. All revision requests must be submitted within one week of file delivery.
Drone photography and video are subject to location, weather, and legal restrictions. Rangda Films operates drones only under current legal requirements and commercial weight limits. Larger commercial drone use can be arranged if required.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked time will result in forfeiture of the deposit of the $50 fee. (within two weeks of booking)
Final files are delivered via Google Drive. Download links are temporary and must be accessed within two weeks of delivery. Long-term storage is the responsibility of the client. File re-delivery may result in additional fees.
In the rare event of equipment malfunction, theft, or circumstances beyond its control resulting in file loss, Rangda Films is not liable beyond refunding any payments made for the booking.
A 50 percent deposit is required to secure booking and is non-refundable. Full payment is due upon completion of services and final invoice delivery. Payments are accepted via cash or e-transfer.
All photos and videos may be used for Rangda Films' website and social media portfolio purposes unless otherwise discussed in advance.
